At the Old Bank Cafe, we exclusively use beans from Hockley Valley Coffee - based out of Orangeville, Ontario. We love supporting Hockley Valley because they believe in acquiring their beans in the most ethical and sustainable way possible! After sourcing their high-altitude organic beans from family farmers who embrace shade and bird-friendly farming techniques, they hand prepare their high quality beans in small batches using a traditional cast iron roaster. This gives the beans the unique, fresh flavour that makes Hockley Valley Coffee stand out!
